We’re back, mic on, chaos rebranded.
This episode is for the girls who are tired of their own excuses. We’re talking boy burnout (because how many “situationships” until you snap?), choosing long-term growth over short-term pleasure, and that weird, messy middle between falling apart and finally figuring it out.
I get into self-sabotage, the habits I had to break, and what it really means to stop settling for crumbs when you know you're meant to sit at the whole damn table.
If you’re in your “I know I’m meant for more” era, welcome home.

Kori Blonde dives into the emotional reality of letting go — even when the relationship still feels right. In this episode, she explores self-worth, emotional growth, and the quiet strength it takes to walk away when love isn’t enough.
From confronting self-sabotage to outgrowing comfort zones, Kori reflects on what it means to stop running, start healing, and finally choose peace over chaos.
Perfect for listeners navigating breakups, emotional burnout, or that “mid-twenties what now” era.
New episodes weekly.

There is no Plan B...only the vision, the grind, and the belief that you will achieve your dreams. Feeling misunderstood? That just means you're on the right track. The greatest ideas, the biggest moves, and the boldest dreams often make no sense to anyone but you.
Things take time, sometimes longer than we want—but we will get there. I refuse to settle for a 9-5, for someone else’s version of success. I don’t do well being told what to do, and maybe you don’t either. This episode is for the underdogs, the neurodivergent minds, the ones chasing something bigger, despite the self-doubt, despite the imposter syndrome. Because we don’t quit.
Welcome to the Girl Math Podcast with Kori Blonde. Tune in every week.

As someone who’s played the role of a housewife at a girlfriend price, I’ve learned my lesson—no more going all in without a ring on my finger. But every experience has taught me something valuable, and now I get to share those lessons with you!
Friendzoning guys? Yeah, that’s been a recurring theme—especially the ones I actually like (self-sabotage much?). But on the flip side, I’ve made some of my closest guy friends at uni, proving that yes, men and women can just be friends—no ulterior motives required.

I was a housewife at a girlfriend price up until 23 and if I could give one piece of advice it would be don't do it. A man will always chose himself (or another woman). Don't be a placeholder, always do you, always have your own financial security. As I share the lessons learnt from a failed relationship, I also get vulnerable about how this has effected me. As a woman, never stop living your life for a man, you will always be left with nothing.

The way I almost crashed out...BREAKUP ADVICE! I Apologies in advance for the overly passionate life quotes but life does get better, if you where to ask me a whole year ago if I would be sitting here today in this situation THIS happy, I'd be laughing at you. A self love and self discovery journey is not all sunshine and rainbows, it's hard, it's real and it's raw. please believe me when I say this, but only you can fill your cup up full or at least start to. if you don't feel strong enough to have a full cup, someone will come along and fill the rest. don't base your value on others that don't love you the way you deserve. Breakups and heartbreak can feel like the end of the world, and all consuming but one day, one moment you will look back and think... huh I haven't thought about him/her/them in a while. and you'll look back and be happy that happened. everything will work out for you. you have to have hope in the things that aren't in your control and pivot where necessary. don't stay somewhere you aren't welcome for too long, know when to leave, know when to close that book and write your own story. Please reach out if you are struggling. my dms are always open: https://www.instagram.com/girlmathpodcast/ I hope you enjoyed this episode of the girl math podcast with kori blonde, a very vulnerable one but needed. Heartbreak and healing, moving out of London, Choosing your dreams and loving yourself. Today's episode on the Girl Math Podcast, Kori dives into how to get over heartbreak quickly, attachment styles in relationships, letting go, loving from a distance, regret, loss and mastering a positive mindset. Throughout the past few months I have been through a lot mentally and physically which has taken a toll on my mental health. Key Takeaways: Ego & Perspective: Nothing is permanent; cherish the experiences and people that make life special. Loss as Rebirth: Sometimes losing everything is the only way to find what you truly need. Heartbreak's Lessons: Pain can be transformative if you allow it to fuel your personal growth. Fear & Regret: Conquer fear and turn regret into a teacher, not a prison. Acceptance & Surrender: The sooner you let go, the sooner you rise again. 00:00 – Your Ego & Losing Everything: Nothing Is Permenant 03:43 – Regret and Ruminating: Use It As A Lesson 07:12 – Lost and Found: How losing yourself can help you 12:56 – Heartbreak and Healing: Embrace the pain 16:55 – Fear in Heartbreak: What you want is on the other side of fear. 18:30 – Acceptance and Letting Go: Find freedom in surrender. 22:26 – Emotions and Logic: How to let emotions guide but not control you. I’m sharing some of the hardest (and most beautiful) lessons I’ve learned about starting over. 💔 Life doesn’t always go the way we plan, but sometimes, losing everything is exactly what we need to find ourselves again. Whether it’s heartbreak, fear, regret, or letting go, I’ve been there—and I’m here to tell you, it’s OK to start again. Kori opens her notes app and discusses her secrets and feelings of losing friends and being alone... even her own dentist doesn't understand her. Within this episode, Kori Blonde discusses the science behind voice notes and venting, Does Talking About Problems Make Them Worse?, The Role Of Dopamine In Happiness, why it makes you feel so good and if venting makes your problems worse. The Diary of a CEO inspired me to speak up about this from his latest episode 'Dr K: We Are Producing Millions Of Lonely, Addicted, Purposeless Men & Women!', because I am a chronic venter, over thinker and addicted to venting... almost to the point it's unhealthy. The girl math podcast is my therapy, it's girl therapy to me.
