Maria struggled with her weight since 6th grade, and yo-yo’d for years, ever since then.
She tried more ways than you can count to try to lose weight and while some were effective, it didn’t last and she would gain it all back, and usually then some! That is a story that is all too common with dieting.
She first learned about IF in 2022 but didn’t know about the clean fast so I gave up because it was so hard and I was always hungry.
She heard of it again in 2023 and this time was told about the clean fast which made her fasting so much easier!
She lost a good bit of weight by summer of 2024, but then got too comfortable, and started to have window creep and making poor food choices so she regained most of what she lost.
Finally In January of this year she said enough is enough and I’m doing something about this weight! She told me this, “I made myself commit to fasting for a year and this time I was going to do true ADF. I can proudly say I hit my goal weight just this week of 135lbs (I’m 5’4”) and couldn’t be happier! fasting has truly changed my life and I wish I had known about this years ago! I’m never going back!
Mike explores the fact that some people are practicing Intermittent Fasting without knowing that they are. 1st hand experience with some dear friends revealed that their health in their retirement years was directly affected for the good by not eating breakfast and sometimes lunch.
In this short video episode, thoughts are given on that dlso that many professional athletes now are using Intermittent Fasting to 'up their game' in the sports field.

She has been on a healing journey to get to know her true authentic self, and has discovered her confidence and strength.
Working out while fasting can be a powerful combo for fat loss - mental clarity - and discipline, but it’s not a one-size-fits-all approach. Since getting involved in IF, I have started working out 4 days a week at a local gym. And when I work out it’s usually always in the morning on an empty, fasted stomach. And I feel great. So let’s talk about how the other guys in the gym that work out with me feel that they have to have something like a protein shake or a breakfast on their stomach, and can’t understand how I can go like them on anempty stomach.
Here’s a breakdown of what’s involved, based on physiology and practical experience.
Alright, imagine this: you wake up, the world’s still quiet, and you’vegot a chance to absolutely own your morning. That’s what Mike’s Morning Method is all about. This isn’t just a to-do list—it’s a science-backed ritual to refine, and supplement your fasting lifestyle. Listen in as I walk you through it step by step, and I’ll break down why each part is a game-changer.
