Embodied Practices/Homeplay for Day 3
- Watch the movie elemental by disney (no worries if you cant this is bonus lol)
- Practice chanting a simple chanting you do is "OM" which is the universe's vibration. Do it before meditation, during meditation or while journaling or when you wake up. This will help raise your vibration and connect you with the universe and to your womb space and your manifestation chakra (your throat)
- Scripting. Write one page as if you were living your lifes true dream. connect to your heart space and your inner child here. What would be the best possible life? What would you want? what would be their career? money or restrictions are not allowed here. Pure dream let it out. your word is your wand. Dream bigger than before
- Connect to your true heart desire during a meditation. Meditate for at least 5-10 mins (more if you can). And connect to your heart, place your hands on your heart, feel the beating, feel the fact that you are alive, here, and beautiful. Remember why you came here. What makes your heart sing?

- Journal on your limiting beliefs
- Do the benefits and consequences exercise (What benefits do I have for still believing in this belief? What are the consequences I have for still believing this belief?)
- How would it feel to release these beliefs?
- Do a release strategy that works for you (ideas below)
- Use the complete opposite of your limiting beliefs as your new affirmations
