Two suspects have been arrested for the case. We then talk about Asian American representation in media growing, with Sony's announcement of producing Silk for Amazon Prime. We then celebrate Kyoto's new law upholding same-sex partnerships in its municipality. Lastly, we highlight Naomi Osaka as our Apreci-Asian of the week. She is an amazing athlete and also has been moving the BLM movement forward with custom masks she wears to her matches!
