🎧 When Ambition Meets Homesickness
You left home to be an Expat for something better — maybe a job, a dream, a fresh start. You packed up your purpose and your hopes and said yes to a new life.
But now that you’re in it, something feels different.
You’re doing the work. You’re showing up. The ambition is there. But at times, you still feel a little... homesickness- "Heimweh" . You miss the familiar.
In this episode, Dr. Dell Mabunda sits down with two young doctors who recently left their home in Greece to start their journey in Switzerland. Together, they talk about what it’s really like to build a life in a new country & unpack the emotional tension many expats feel but rarely name:
🏥 Building a life abroad while longing for home.

#A Passport to Purpose
What does it mean to belong—not just to a place, but to yourself?
In this powerful Season 2 premiere, Dr. Dell Mabunda unpacks her journey across continents and cultures in context of alignment, identity, and purpose. From her roots in South Africa to her studies in Italy and starting her medical career, this episode explores how language, geography, faith and traveling shape who we become.
It’s a raw reflection on identity, belonging, and the silent tug of purpose. Whether you’ve felt misplaced in your city, your job, or even your own skin, this episode invites you to consider: what if your purpose has a postcode?
Whether you're an expat, a third culture kid, or simply someone trying to figure out where you’re meant to be—this is for you. Because sometimes, finding the right place isn’t just about moving cities—it’s about moving closer to who you’re becoming.
💬 BONUS: Stick around for a real and raw conversation with a friend navigating the same global questions from a totally different angle.

Part 2 of " Can we be friends after a break up?".
The international edition. I took the time to sit down with two beautiful minds who also happen to share what I call the Italian Love experience. Martina being Italian and Naa who lived in Italy and both are now abroad and been traveling for most of their adult life. We sat down to break down the question, by first trying to understand if there is a cultural benefit in how people do break ups. Is there a particular upbringing that sets you up at being better at relationships and their aftermath? Starting with the beloved country that is famous for their widely unique outward expression of love and affection - Italy! Then we cognitively break down the question "can we be friends after a break up?" In the Previous episode I said yes, maybe we can choose to reinvent our love in a different way. However, in this part two episode it is a conversation to further break up the question honestly and practically. If you ever wished to talk about how things could have been different with the ex but never had anyone to cognitively, objectively and constructively talk about it without throwing shade on the other or going on an emotional banter, this will satisfy the need and possibly answer some questions.
