自主性感官經絡反應（英語：Autonomous sensory meridian response，縮短簡寫為ASMR）
亦稱自發性知覺神經反應，是一種通常從頭皮開始，並向下移動到頸後及脊椎上方的發麻感覺。
它是皮膚感覺異常的一種愉快的形式，能夠跟聽覺觸覺聯覺進行比較，並可能與抖顫的感覺重疊。
ASMR最常見的是由特定的聽覺或視覺刺激所觸發，表明了低階欣快感的主觀體驗，其特點是「結合了正面的感覺，與皮膚上有一種獨特類似靜電狀的刺痛感」，但較少見於透過有意的注意力控制。網絡上出現了一種旨在刺激ASMR的影片，其中有超過1,300萬個在YouTube上發布。
