2013-2014: Shifting Toward Experimentation
The year 2013 brought Lady Gaga’s highly anticipated third studio album “ARTPOP,” catapulting an EDM-infused multimedia experience accompanying a feature-length film, mobile app and more. Lyrically “ARTPOP” revealed more intimate insecurities than ever before amidst swirling sonic psychosis and vocal acrobatics.
