It begins with “A Story of Survival” which spans from Chapters 1-48. Our survivors band together, fortify a safe haven known as the Tower, and discover that the Infected are far from the biggest threat they will have to face.
The adventure continues with two mini-series:
“Lockdown” - A small group of inmates and prison guards are trapped in the T-block at Twin Towers Jail. They are forced to work together and find a way to escape while the rest of the world ends around them.
“Goldrush” - Set 17 years after the main events of “A Story of Survival”, this is a recollection story that describes the efforts of the four Soldiers as they attempt a side mission to retrieve a suspected stash of gold bullion.

18 years after the Outbreak, the world is starting to re-organize and rebuild, but many different forms of humanity are still struggling to survive in the aftermath. 沈知初，一个倾心付出了十六年的女人，终究只能选择离开。她深深爱过厉景深，为了他，她愿意付出一切，包括自己的幸福。然而，命运对她残忍，却要求她净身出户，为他的新欢让位。
厉景深从未想过，没有了沈知初，他会是多么的不幸。他以为他已经找到了真正的爱情，以为他可以忘记沈知初的存在。然而，在收到她的病情诊断书之后，他才明白，他从来没有真正忘记过她。
他心慌意乱地赶到医院，希望能亲眼见到她，希望能为她尽一份力。然而，当他来到病房时，他看到的是她牵着另一个男人的手。他的心痛如刀割，他不明白为什么她没有告诉他她的病情。
“为什么不告诉我，你得了胃癌？”他的声音充满了痛苦与愧疚。
沈知初嘲讽地笑了笑，眼中闪过一丝无奈，“你不是巴不得我早死吗？你以为我会告诉你吗？厉景深，我已经不再爱你了。这段时间，我只是想过好自己的生活，不再纠缠于你。”
厉景深的心被撕碎了一样，他终于明白了自己的无知与自私。他曾经以为他的幸福只需要她的离去，却不曾想过她的病情是如此严重。他多么希望能够回到过去，能够重新对待她，能够给予她更多的关爱与陪伴。
然而，一切都已经晚了。沈知初已经决定要离开，她不再为他付出一点点感情。她知道，生命的最后时光是宝贵而短暂的，她不愿再将宝贵的时间浪费在一个不爱她的人身上。
厉景深跪在地上，泪水滂沱而下。他懊悔不已，为自己曾经的冷漠与无情而痛苦不堪。他明白，他失去了一个真正爱他的人，失去了一个陪伴他度过艰难时光的人。
他发誓，无论如何，他都会为她的离去付出代价。他会尽自己最大的努力，为她争取一丝生存的机会。他会用行动来证明，他真心地爱着她，愿意为她承担一切。
然而，沈知初已经走得太远，她不再回头。她选择了一个没有他的未来，选择了一个属于她自己的幸福。厉景深痛苦地看着她的背影消失在远方，心碎得无法言喻。
十六年的爱情，如同一场梦，转瞬即逝。厉景深终于明白，他永远无法弥补自己对她的亏欠，无法挽回已经失去的爱情。他只能默默地祝福她，希望她能够过上幸福的生活。
沈知初，一个为了爱情而舍弃的女人，她选择了离开，选择了自己的幸福。她的离去让厉景深痛苦不已，他明白，这一切都是他自己造成的。他发誓，他会永远怀念她，永远珍惜这段曾经的爱情。
