The purpose of his organization is to inspire as well as address the needs of youth and adults by providing character-building life skills and etiquette training to prepare them for a sustainable life. Jeermal has found success beyond sports, by teaching others how to succeed despite their current or past experiences with proven principles and steps that allowed the former three-time dropout to push through the noise and complete his college degree after twenty-four years.
