Elena joined Team Lift after struggling to keep up her lockdown routine once life returned to normal, she knew what to do, but wasn't doing it. With her wedding on the horizon, she wanted to feel amazing, but more importantly, she wanted to build a lifestyle that would last beyond the wedding day.
