Today I chat with Shannon Sabins a microbiologist. She shares her journey to finding the best way is to, just do the hard thing. She now has found herself, in a new piece of her journey and that is how we know each other. We made each other laugh and we learned a few things about each other too. We could have many chats together and never get bored. It is funny how we felt like forever friends from the start today.

He has some fantastic info on his weight loss and bariatric surgery. His answer to what is your biggest pet peeve was great. And I may have stumped him with the song question. Kyle is a Locomotive engineer and quite the fearless badass himself. I find myself often inspired by his fearlessness and non stop will to be all he can be and push past all the limits life may throw his way. Sheesh Kids these days!
