In this week’s episode, we are joined by Erin @lightwitch_ who is a yoga teacher, women’s circle and retreats facilitator. Yaz and Erin crossed paths in Byron Bay when Yaz was travelling in Australia for the first time and she saw a poster for Erin’s event. Their relationship grew and blossomed from here even when Yaz went back to England.
Erin shares how her time in Scotland as her first time leaving the small town she came from really awoke something inside her from the highest of highs to the lowest of lows. This lead her into the work of supporting and holding space for women. When it comes to the inner work, self love, self belief and reflection, there is a lot of layers and depth to it all which Erin shares from experience.
Erin also speaks about the full moon and how much easier it can be for a lot of people to release and realign as it’s something they can visually see. She shares practices and rituals throughout this episode that can truly help you on your journey of the inner work and self love.
