Your Friend in the Head is the daily reset for women who are tired of being stuck in their own thoughts and ready to finally create the life they keep saying they want. It is not another motivational chat that fades by tomorrow. It is the consistent reminder that you are capable of more, that you can hold yourself to higher standards, and that you are built for transformation.

I am Henny Moody, founder of Feel Good Naked. I have guided thousands of women to transform their bodies, their minds, and their lives. I started in the fitness industry and became the head of a seven-figure brand, but I walked away because I knew the truth. Women do not need another plan, another diet, or another quick fix. They need a complete rewiring of how they think, how they act, and how they see themselves. That is the work I do, and it is why this podcast exists.

I have seen women break free from years of yo-yo dieting, crippling self-sabotage, and the belief that they are not enough. I have watched them build discipline, confidence, and a body they are proud of, but more importantly a life they finally own. Transformation is not about motivation. It is about identity. When you change who you are at the deepest level, your habits, your standards, and your results follow.

This podcast is your space for that change. Every episode is straight truth, raw honesty, and the voice that reminds you to stop shrinking yourself and start stepping into the woman you are meant to be. Think of me as the friend in your head who refuses to let you settle. The one who calls you out when you need it, reminds you of your power when you forget it, and pushes you to become unrecognisable in the best way possible.

Ep 18: The Real Reason You’re Still Not Where You Want to Be

If you’ve ever felt like you’re doing everything right but somehow keep ending up in the same place - this is the episode you need. Henny Moody breaks down the real psychology behind self-sabotage and why you keep choosing short-term comfort over long-term success.

She shares a raw story about a client who unknowingly sabotaged her own opportunity, then unpacks how your brain tricks you into staying “safe” in the same patterns that are ruining your progress. Whether it’s skipping workouts, emotional eating, doom scrolling, or overworking yourself into burnout - it all comes back to one thing: avoiding discomfort.

In this conversation, Henny exposes the truth about why most people never reach their goals, why you need to build systems that make failure impossible, and how to rewire your brain to crave discipline instead of comfort.

This isn’t about being perfect. It’s about finally getting honest with yourself and choosing to stop being the reason you’re stuck.

Henny breaks down how to build your own “dopamine menu” for bad days, what to do when motivation disappears, and why movement, connection, and honesty are the medicine you’ve been avoiding.

EP 16: 5am Energy: How High-Performing Women Actually Do It

This episode is for every woman who swears she “just isn’t a morning person” but also wants the body, the business, the bank account and the self respect that only comes from showing up before the world wakes up.

Henny breaks down why your current mornings aren’t working. It’s not because you’re lazy. It’s because your why isn’t strong enough, your nights are chaotic, and you’re trying to copy morning routines that don’t suit your life. She shows you how to build a morning you actually look forward to, how to stop negotiating with yourself at 4am, and why your evening routine is the real secret to waking up early.

Inside the episode she talks about:

  • Making your driving why stronger than your excuses
  • Creating a morning routine that is yours, not Instagram’s
  • Nighttime habits that actually let your body rest
  • Why discipline beats motivation every single time
  • The hard question: how much do you actually want your goals

If you are tired of waking up already behind, this is your reminder that you can become an early person. It is a choice, not a personality type.

Ep 15: The Truth About Self-Love: It’s Not a Mirror Quote, It’s a Choice

This episode is the conversation every woman needs to hear.

Henny Moody dives deep into what it really takes to build a better relationship with your body. It’s not another self-love cliché or a list of affirmations. It’s about awareness, accountability, and learning to stop being your own bully.

After years of conditioning to believe you aren’t enough, this episode will teach you how to rewire your thoughts, catch the toxic patterns, and finally start talking to yourself like someone you love. You’ll learn the simple mindset shift that changes everything: when the old version of you shows up, you say, not me, not anymore.

Because you can’t hate yourself into a body you love.

It starts with how you speak to yourself - and it changes everything.

Ep 14: How to 10x Your Training Results Without Doing More

This episode is for the women who are showing up, training hard, but still not seeing the results they want.

Henny Moody breaks down what it actually means to 10x your results - not by doing more, but by training with purpose. She dives into the core pillars that most women ignore: nutrition timing, recovery, and focus. Because it’s not about how much you’re doing, it’s about how well you’re doing it.

If you’ve been grinding through workouts, living on caffeine, and wondering why your body isn’t changing, this conversation will hit hard. You’ll learn how to fuel for performance, lift with intention, recover for growth, and finally stop mistaking exhaustion for progress.

This is the difference between exercising and training.

And once you get it, everything changes.

Ep 13: Jealous Friends, Family Doubt, and Your Goals: The Brutal Truth

This episode is your reality check if you’re chasing big goals and not getting support from the people you expected to be your loudest cheerleaders.

Henny Moody breaks down why friends and family sometimes plant doubt, go quiet on your wins, or throw passive aggressive comments, and how to stop letting their projections derail you. You’ll learn how to read the difference between genuine feedback and insecurity, how to build a protective mental filter, and how to keep moving without waiting for validation.

In this episode, you’ll learn:

  • Why people close to you resist your growth and how it shows up
  • The mindset shift that turns jealousy into fuel instead of friction
  • A simple test to decide whose advice you should ignore
  • How to create a support environment when your current one isn’t it
  • Practical steps to protect your peace and keep momentum

Ep 12: What If It Goes Right?

We spend so much of our life planning for what could go wrong... but what if it all went right?

What if every single dream you’ve been too scared to say out loud actually worked?

What if the timing, the job, the body, the relationship... all started lining up because you finally decided to believe it could?

Today’s episode is about reprogramming that fear-based loop.

The one that keeps you playing small.

The one that whispers “be realistic” when you know you were born for more.

We’re diving deep into:

✨ Building irrational self-belief that your goals will happen.

✨ Why failure isn’t proof you can’t... it’s proof you’re learning.

✨ How to keep striking again and again until it clicks.

✨ Why ego is what keeps most women stuck at level one.

You don’t need to know every step... you just need to believe the next one will hold.

Stop preparing for the worst... start expecting the best.

Because what if this time... it actually works? 🤍

Ep 11: They Don’t Clap for You Because They Couldn’t Handle It If You Won.

Let’s be real... not everyone in your circle actually wants to see you win.

They love you comfortable. They love you predictable. They love you safe.

But the moment you start evolving... launching the business, losing the weight, chasing the dream... they get quiet.

That silence isn’t coincidence.

It’s projection.

They couldn’t handle it if you actually did the thing they were too scared to try.

And that’s where most women stop.

They confuse lack of applause with lack of worth.

But your validation doesn’t come from who claps. It comes from the version of you who decided to back herself when no one else did.

So stop waiting for approval from people who’ve never built anything themselves.

Protect your energy. Build your bubble.

And when they don’t clap... smile, because you just showed them what courage looks like.

Ep 10: Your "Diet" Shouldn’t Be a Full-Time Job

In this episode, Henny gets real about one of the biggest problems modern women face - food noise.

You’re not broken. You’re just exhausted from years of mixed messages, yo-yo dieting, and calorie confusion.

Henny breaks down exactly why most women feel bloated, stuck, and overwhelmed - and how to simplify your entire approach to nutrition so it finally works for you, not against you.

From finding your true calorie baseline to building a plan you actually love, this episode will help you shut out the noise and make food easy again.

“You don’t need to do more - you just need to do what’s right. Food should amplify your existence, not consume it.”

EP 9: Why Your Environment Is Making You Broke (And How To Fix It)

This episode is a full-on reality check for anyone who feels stuck, broke, or like their potential is being wasted.

Henny Moody dives deep into why your environment is the number one reason you’re not where you want to be - financially, emotionally, or mentally. Whether it’s your friendship circles, your home, or your mindset, your surroundings are either pulling you up or keeping you exactly where you are.

Henny breaks down the three types of environments that shape your success:

  1. The people you spend the most time with and how they reflect your future.
  2. The physical spaces you live and work in and how they limit or expand your potential.
  3. The environment inside your head - the stories you tell yourself that keep you broke, stuck, and small.

In this episode, you’ll learn:

  • Why your circle is the mirror of your success
  • How to shift your environment without cutting everyone off
  • The mindset reframe that separates the broke from the abundant
  • Why you need to burn old versions of yourself to build the new

This one isn’t about budgeting or side hustles - it’s about self-awareness, standards, and the courage to walk away from comfort. If you’re done living small and ready to build the kind of life that feels abundant in every sense, this episode is your starting point.

Henny Moody breaks down the 16 things she stopped doing to completely change her life and become her most confident, powerful self. From ending chaos cycles and emotional decision-making to quitting comparison, people-pleasing, and chasing “skinny,” she shares the real mindset shifts that made her glow from the inside out.

You’ll hear the unfiltered truth about what it actually takes to build confidence, peace, and power as a woman - no filters, no BS, just ownership.

In this episode, you’ll learn:

  • Why following the plan, not your mood, is the secret to long-term results
  • How letting go of toxic people will change your energy instantly
  • Why chasing structure, not balance, creates peace
  • The real definition of “hot” and how it starts with self-trust

EP 7: Stop Forcing It: Signs You’re Out of Alignment In Work, Love, and Life

This episode came from a quote that hit me hard — “It doesn’t matter how tall your ladder is if you’re climbing the wrong building.”

And honestly, that’s been me more times than I’d like to admit.

Pushing, grinding, forcing things that deep down didn’t feel right, thinking effort alone would get me closer to happiness. But the truth is, effort without alignment is a waste of energy.

In this episode, I talk about what it really means to be out of alignment - in your job, your relationships, your body goals, and even the friendships you keep. I share the signs I ignored for way too long, and how every time I finally trusted my gut (even when it scared the hell out of me), it led to something better.

If you’ve been working your ass off but still feel stuck, this is your reminder to pause. To ask yourself the hard questions. To stop forcing what’s not meant for you and start listening to what is.

Sometimes you have to burn the wrong building down to build the right one.

EP 6: Get Your A$$ Up and Go TRAIN TODAY

You say you want the body. You say you want the confidence. You say you want to feel like her. But you keep waiting for motivation to show up first.

It’s not coming.

This episode is your wake-up call to stop negotiating with your goals and start doing the hard things that actually move the needle. You don’t need to feel ready. You just need to decide.

I break down exactly why your brain is built for comfort, not success, and how to rewire it so you stop falling into the same “I’ll start tomorrow” trap.

Inside, you’ll learn:

  • The real reason you keep skipping your workouts
  • How to stop letting your mood decide your actions
  • The mindset shift that separates the women who win from the ones who quit
  • Why keeping promises to yourself changes everything

It’s not about being perfect. It’s about being the kind of woman who shows up no matter what.

In this episode, Henny Moody gets brutally honest about what it really means to protect your peace. She shares a raw personal story about receiving unexpected news from her past and how it tested everything she’s learned about boundaries, self-respect, and inner peace.

This isn’t an episode about revenge or playing victim. It’s about the power of restraint, emotional control, and choosing to rise instead of react.

You’ll learn:

  • How to stop giving your energy to people who drain you
  • Why over-explaining, reacting, or seeking validation keeps you stuck
  • The mindset shift that turns pain into personal power
  • How to reclaim your focus and use peace as your new standard

EP 3: You Don’t Deserve Your Goals If You’re Not Willing to Sacrifice.

You say you want the body, the business, the life - but are you actually willing to sacrifice for it?

In this episode, Henny Moody gets brutally honest about the reason most people stay stuck. It’s not lack of motivation. It’s the refusal to let go of comfort.

Henny shares the mindset shift that separates women who talk about change from those who create it. She breaks down why sacrifice looks different for everyone, how comparison keeps you trapped, and what she personally had to give up to build the business, body, and identity she has today.

If you’ve been wondering why your goals still feel out of reach, this episode will hit home. It’s direct, uncomfortable, and exactly what you need to hear to start moving.

Listen now and ask yourself the real question:

What are you willing to sacrifice to get what you say you want?

EP 2: Delusional? Or Just Unstoppable. The Power of Irrational Confidence

Everyone says they want confidence.

But confidence isn’t built from affirmations or fake it till you make it.

It’s built from a delusional amount of self-belief when you have zero proof it’ll work.

This episode is the cheat code - the mindset reframe that separates the women who dream from the women who do.

I break down the psychology behind irrational self-confidence - the energy every powerful woman, athlete, and CEO is running on (even when the world doubts them).

If you’ve ever felt stuck, second-guessed your path, or wondered why you can’t bridge the gap between where you are and where you know you’re meant to be -

this one will wake up every cell in your body.
