We believe adding someone into your life requires the two of you to find a routine that works for you. Find cool and new things to do, but also find new ways to keep falling in love with each other is key🔑.

We cover topics about own struggles with body image, career and something we call the “f*ck it mentality”. If there’s one thing to take out of this episode, everyone has something to be confident about, so f*cking love yourself.
Do you ever think back to your exes and think “how did I end up dating them?” Whether it’s fiends your FWB, random person at the bar, person you hardly knew, to high school lover (they don’t actually count right?), we’ve had our fair share of boyfriend regrets. But hey, like we always say, every opportunity is a lesson learned.. As a result, you learn and grow (at least we hope you do), which always seems to make the next one an upgrade.

I think we can all agree dating is fucking stressful, but we love it. We don’t have ‘How to’ guideline, but we do share some general rule of thumbs to go by. PSA, don’t ghost! Have some manners, don’t be a bitch.
Post break up, there’s no special hand book that tells you exactly how to deal with it. We can’t say we’ve nailed it down and now it’s a breeze, but we share our personal do’s and don’ts, along with some funny stories about our previous experiences. Also, for the first time ever, our newly single friend Jenny opens up about her recent break up and how she’s dealing with it. Break ups, if you don’t ugly cry, was it even a break up?
