I got my hands on a freelance political analyst, part of an Italy based think tank, a show host and a journalist of well over a decade, Mr. Waqar Rizvi to discuss the unfolding situation in Afghanistan. We discuss the haphazard departure of US, rapid takeover of the Taliban, terrified leadership and civilians, and the chaotic end to a 20 year long war. Are the Taliban capable of using diplomacy to govern? Are they just fighters or are they capable of governing a large landlocked, multi ethnic country? Can they guarantee fair human rights? Do they understand the evolved economic, judicial, welfare ways? How do the people of Afghanistan feel and are the danger?

Today is a special episode of You, Me & a Mug of Tea of an equally special girl, Anna Sophia Guerrero ‼️
Upon her suggestion, we went ahead with a different style of recording this podcast. Why don't you play and listen to find out why 🤩
Your feedback will be appreciated.
The beginning of this podcast will let you in on my process of recording these with my guests. It's not always an ideal sitting but we make it work. The file was really bad in the beginning and I had to edit almost all of it and it broke my heart.
Let me introduce you to another dear friend of mine, Mariam Iskhakova! She is half Tartar (have you ever heard of Tartarstan?) and half Russian. Learn about how she coped with difficult people and turned from a people pleaser to an assertive young woman.

Did you know? Polyandry could be legalised in South Africa! That's right! South African women may be legally allowed to have multiple husbands at the same time! They're called co-husbands. Is this a challenge to patriarchy? Is this a challenge to polygamists men? Are women demanding equal power in their society?
Learn more about it in today's episode 😄😎
Hello listeners of You, Me & a Mug of Tea! 😍
In today's episode, I want you to meet one of my dearest friends, Abby! Her full name is Poloka Abigail Kabomo and she lives in Lobatse, Bostwana.
She is a calm, down-to-earth, kind, oblivious hippie and the smartest woman in any room. She has experienced life in Malaysia, China and Botswana. She talks about how these three countries expanded her insight and grew her in way she never imagined. She has taught me the real meaning of friendship, trust and loyalty. If we weren't continents apart, we'd be around each other all the time. Some of life lessons we learned together and separately are all here in this podcast. You'll also find out that Botswanians and Pakistanis are not that different from each other.
Here is to getting out of our shells, our comfort zones. Hello adulthood!
DO give your feedback to me and let me know what else you want me to talk about or who you want to meet next!
In today's episode of You, Me & a Mug of Tea, I am about to trigger a lot of men and their tiny.... egos.

Hi listeners of You, Me & a Mug of Tea!!
In today's episode, I want you to meet one of my best friends, my sister from another mister, my girl from another country, my trusted close one and so much more.... Phuong Thao! We also call her AK, short for Akilina.
AK has wanderlust, motivation to plan, determination to execute that plan, love in heart, wedding coming up, logic in order and a drive to achieve. We met and became super close in Beijing, China and we have never looked back since. Our whatsapp group chat with our other ladies (there are 4 of us) is very controversial and not age appropriate. It has also become a safe space for us ladies to vent, seek advice, share joy and build each other up. We live so far away, but we're close in our hearts. We tried our best to keep this episode as clean as possible! It is safe to share on a public forum lol
So, prepare yourself a warm mug of your favourite tea and tune in <3
