On todays episode of the show we sit down, listen to, and discuss the lyrics for, and all the things that appended because of, the song I wrote called “Whats Done is Done”. This song changed my life and let me live a life I never thought I could. The years I spent with my band Fire Glass were a lot of fun and it was because of this song.

Today on the show I sit down with the founder of my old band and former band mate/still friend Matt. We discuss the origins of the band and how success hit us early on, various shows and tours we did, including the infamous TRAPT show, and get his take on the ultimate downfall of the band and my departure.

In part 2 of my discussion with my former drummer we talk about some of the shows we played together, including the infamous TRAPT show as well as touch on some issues within our old band Fire Glass, and some dismay over songs we recorded but never released before we departed.

This week on the show we take a look at my bands song Narcissistic Suicide off our Afflicted ep. This song was an interesting one to write because it wasn’t taken from personal experience. I wrote it for a friend of mine who was going through a rough spot at the time. So we take today to break down the lyrics and see where exactly my head was at when I wrote this one.
