It is never too late for your voice to be told through your own story . If there is a trauma that is affecting your daily life , Speak Up ! It is time for you to HEAL THE WOUNDS THAT WERE CLOSED WITHOUT CARE ; and maybe along the way you can help someone else that is going through a similar situation that needs to know that they are not alone . This is the year WE BREAK THE CYCLE AND HAND THESE PERPETRATORS THEIR CONSEQUENCES. Justice will be served if you let your voice be heard . TELL YOUR STORY !

Sleep paralysis in my opinion is the worse type of nightmare you can experience. It’s one thing to be a little shaken up by your dream , but to literally be stuck inside your nightmare switching from the backseat to the driver seat as your anxiety creeps down the hall up to your bedroom to lay its overwhelming touch on you , now that’s what you call a real nightmare .

It’s amazing how much power there can be in the smallest deeds that you do . The compassion you give can motivate others to give the same compassion to someone in need. Be aware of how you treat strangers for they may not be as strange as you may think .
