In this episode, I share my personal experiences related to the thinning of the veil. The veil is the invisible barrier between the physical world and the spiritual world. Since ancient times, many diverse cultures have documented the time they believed the veil was at its thinnest, on and around October 31st each year. Consciously choosing how we react affects the way we think and feel both emotionally and physically. If we choose to react negatively, we feel that in every capacity. However, if we choose to react pin a positive way, that affects our thoughts, emotions, mental and physical health, as well as how others perceive us and how we make them feel.  Having the power to choose how we react to things is one of the most underutilized tools we have as humans. In this episode, I talk through how I've used this tool to shape my life in a way that allows space for love and light, even in the darkest of times. It is something we all have the power to do if we consciously choose to.
