Welcome to the Worth Everything Podcast! Formerly known as The Soulfully Feminine Podcast, this platform was centred around my self-love and self-healing journey in the context of new age spirituality. In October 2021, I accepted Jesus as Lord and Savior. After straddling between new age and Christianity for over a year, the Holy Spirit convicted me in January 2023 to take down Soulfully Feminine. Not long after, I received nudges from the Holy Spirit to revive and rebrand this platform. I am back to share the true source of my healing - God. Worth Everything Podcast is a rebranded space where I expose the darkness of new age, discuss the love and power of God, healing from a biblical perspective (seriously, the bible has all the answers!), modern feminism and testimonies from other Christians. Whether you are a believer or a non-believer, I pray that this podcast will bless you, in Jesus name.

For Rachel, yoga dates way back and it is a sliding board into her full fledged new age journey. As an ex-yogi of 9 years and a certified yoga teacher, Rachel was doing yoga as a Christian as she is absolutely in love with yoga. Yoga was her hobby and it was also a potential secondary income source for her. Despite multiple warnings from her church leaders, she refused to give yoga up as yoga was already a part of her life. However, during her hunger to hear from God Himself about what He thinks of yoga, the Holy Spirit spoke to her clearly in a typical Sunday service to give it up. Needless to say, she was devastated. When Rachel realised that it is impossible to lay yoga down without it costing her life (she felt like she was about to die if she did), she cried out to God once again to help her out of this demonic practice if giving up yoga was indeed His will. God is faithful. Rachel has been delivered out of yoga and renounced yoga since August 2023 and God has given her this miraculous testimony to share, in the hopes that Christians who are doing the yoga practice will know the truth and allow the truth to set them free. Hallelujah!
Rachel received nudges from the Holy Spirit to do an episode on praying for a job. Given that our job takes up 24% of our time on a weekly basis, God wants to be present in our jobs - from searching for one all the way to performing in our roles. In this episode, Rachel shares her work testimony on how God has blessed her with her dream job and encourages all job seekers to let God take the driver seat in their careers. In a world where the economy is headed for a recession, God’s economy is always thriving and the gates of heaven are always open to those who obey and surrender to God.
In this episode, Rachel shares the 5 facts that she knew about God while she was an unbeliever, which was later confirmed by the bible when she was saved in 2021. Rachel was raised as a freethinker and went into the new age in 2015. She had no background knowledge of the concept of God and yet, these 5 facts were known to her, as if those were written in her heart. Indeed, God has made it plain for all to see that He is real and alive. This episode is to encourage anyone who is interceding for salvation of loved ones to keep believing in God’s power to save as it does not matter what we know or do not know about Him. For the non-believer, this episode encourages you to dig deep and search for the Truth, as anyone who truly hungers for the Truth will see the God of the bible.
In this episode, Rachel dives into angel numbers, a popular new age concept that uses repeating numbers, number sequences and numerology as a modality to interpret one’s present or future and to communicate with “the universe”, “angels” or “spirit guides”. Angel numbers are believed to be messages from the universe that offer insight, wisdom, and directionality to assign meaning to the present and let the practitioner in about his or her future. Rachel exposes the darkness of using angel numbers as a means of divination, how the enemy has perverted God’s creation of numbers, as well as the harmful effects of dabbling in angel numbers.
Self-love and self healing were the central themes to Rachel’s old podcast, Soulfully Feminine. Needless to say, she believed in self-love and self-help with all her heart. Yet, when she was saved by grace out of the new age, Rachel’s eyes were open to the lie of the “self-love, self-healing” false gospel that she had spent 6 years believing in while she was steeped into the new age. In this episode, Rachel discusses the flaws of self-love, exposes its insidious nature and its deception to keep people stuck from having the healing and breakthrough they need or are seeking for.
On the 23rd of October 2021, Rachel said the salvation prayer and accepted Jesus into her life. Today, it is Rachel’s 3 years anniversary since Jesus saved her from the deception of the new age. In this episode, Rachel shares how the Lord has changed her life and the blessings that came in her life when she walks in obedience to God. Rachel reflects upon her old life without Jesus and contrast it with her new life, alive unto Him. The difference? Night and day.
With the backlash that came from the 2024 Paris Olympics opening ceremony that featured the Last Supper parody, Rachel is weighing in on the blatant blasphemous act and sharing the love of Jesus, even for the people who were involved in the parody. What the enemy meant for harm, God can turn things around for good and Rachel is taking this very opportunity to share the significance of The Last Supper and Communion and how the sacrificial love of Jesus is a free gift for all to receive by grace through faith.
Disclaimer: For a Christian audience, new agers are welcomed too!
As an ex-new ager, the enneagram was one of the modalities that Rachel has dabbled in. Shockingly, this personality test is used by churches today as a way to know oneself so that they can “better partner with God”. In this episode, Rachel is exposing the darkness of the enneagram, its roots in the occult and why churches should avoid this personality test entirely. As innocuous as the enneagram personality test might seem, Rachel shares the intentionality and the dark agenda behind such a tool and how we as believers need to be grounded in the Truth that we are Children of God.
