Couch to 5km - Week 5 Review!

Our weekly check in with our five amazing Wonder Runners! Hear how they are getting on with their couch to five km program and learn lots of running tips along the way!

I also chat with Catherina McKiernan - Irelands fastest ever female marathoner!

As the weeks are tipping by, difficulties can kick in with sticking to training plans. Our runners are now finished four weeks of running and with the right support I just know they are all going to smash their goals!
