Here at WAM, our mission is Making Feelings Fashionable.
For all time, women have been called hysterical, crazy and 'over' emotional. We teach you that your emotions are in fact your superpower. Starting from the launchpad of anger, the most taboo of feelings for women. Each week, psychotherapist Jennifer Cox and writer Salima Saxton invite a brilliant woman to talk about what makes them mad, and come to understand that our feelings are our compass and rocket fuel. With the Women Are Mad podcast, women finally have a space to laugh about, celebrate and learn from their previously unpopular feelings.
Follow us on @womenaremad on Instagram and tell us what makes you mad.
Jen's book, Women Are Angry: Why Your Rage Is Hiding And How To Let It Out is AVAILABLE NOW! Published by Bonnier and available from all booksellers. On pre-order in the US.

Today, we bring you a half term special on maternal rage. Jen is solo parenting WAM today, and is joined by clinical psychologist Dr Caroline Boyd. Caroline specialises in supporting parents - from pregnancy to childbirth... and beyond.
Caroline is the author of Mindful New Mum, and her published research explores mothers' experiences of intrusive thoughts about their babies. Her work has been featured in You magazine, Grazia, and Woman's Hour on BBC Radio 4, and she is an Ambassador for UK perinatal mental health charity, PANDAS. Caroline shares psychology ideas on Instagram and in the media to help parents feel less alone and more connected - to themselves and their children.
