Raising son as a woman is not easy and neither is it for women raising daughters. Tune into this week’s episode as we break down summer of the traumatic experiences this leaves on the children who are raised in households like this. This is a series and we will be having guest speaking more on this topic because this is a prevalent issue within our communities. I understand that woman we have a lot bear however your son is not the man at the house. This is not to condemn any woman but to help you see the end result and to know it’s okay to seek help.
Are you waiting on God? I have news God is waiting on you.
He waiting on you to realize that you are more than your situation.
In this episode of Woman with Purpose, I am exploring the emotional walls that many single women build, and how God gently calls us to healing, openness, and divine connection. Through Scripture and soul-searching reflection, she unpacks the difference between guarding your heart and hardening it, and how emotional availability is part of spiritual maturity.
Key Scriptures:
Proverbs 4:23 – “Above all else, guard your heart, for everything you do flows from it.”
Ezekiel 36:26 – “I will give you a new heart and put a new spirit in you…”
Psalm 147:3 – “He heals the brokenhearted and binds up their wounds.”
2 Timothy 1:7 – “For God has not given us a spirit of fear…”
John 15:5 – “Abide in Me, and I in you…”
This episode is a call to become emotionally available to God, to others, and to purpose, without fear, without shame, and with full faith in the healing power of Christ.
In this deeply personal episode of Woman with Purpose, Kristen speaks directly to the heart of every woman walking the path of faith, purpose, and transformation. Titled “Becoming While Believing: The Grace of Growing with God,” this message is a reminder that we are not defined by what we’ve conquered, but by the One who continues to shape us.
Through the lens of 1 Peter 2:2, Philippians 1:6, and Ecclesiastes 3:18–22, Kristen unpacks the sacred tension between healing and becoming, between strength and surrender. She reminds us that spiritual growth is not a performance—it’s a process. And in that process, we are never alone.
This episode is for the woman who is still becoming. Still believing. Still rising. Let this be your invitation to grow in grace, walk in truth, and remember: your becoming is holy.
💖 “Each day I am still growing within God, as He is growing within me.”

In this week’s episode we are talking about the faith of a woman. As women are faith can be dependent on our mood, but hear who GOD brought me through. As a woman builds her business, we need support. Whether she's married or raising children alone. I share the challenges I faced and how trusting in GOD helped me overcome them. My faith has grown stronger through each trial. As an entrepreneur, I found my trust in GOD deepened with every step I took.
At the Woman With Purpose podcast, we embrace the spiritual journey that us as a woman undergo. This podcast is a safe place designed for women to grow within the body of Christ. This podcast is not designed to condemn women, but to help one another and to be supportive of one another while we are on our faith walk. This public service announcement is just announcing that while we all know drug use isn’t good for anyone; however if it is something that you need such as a glass of wine to relax after a work week or after a workday don’t get drunk take a sip and go to sleep. I am not advocating drug use I emphasize for the women who are victims of drug abuse, which leads them to prostitution Irrational thoughts and not being able to be women of their households. Self-Analysis
Episode 1: Becoming the Woman of Purpose
By Kristen
Launching this first episode was both exciting and humbling. It felt like stepping into something bigger than myself answering a call that has been on my heart for a long time. I’ve spent time reflecting on my own journey: the doubts, the detours, the moments of growth, and the powerful realization that purpose doesn’t come from perfection it comes from obedience.
As I shared today about becoming the woman God has called you to be, I realized just how deeply this message speaks to me too. I don’t have all the answers, but I do have a desire to walk alongside other women who are ready to rise. I want to create space for honesty, faith, healing, and boldness.
Through this podcast, I hope to grow in my own purpose as I encourage others to do the same. I’m learning that showing up authentically is part of the calling and that when we trust God, He equips us for everything He’s called us to do.
Thank you for listening, and for being part of this with me. Your feedback, prayers, and stories matter more than you know.
With purpose and love,
Kristen
Welcome to this week’s episode of
The Golden Hour Podcast: Enlightenment Edition
In today’s episode, we’re diving into Matthew 7:1-6, a powerful passage that challenges us to look inward before casting judgment outward.
This scripture reminds us of the cost of judging others and the importance of self-reflection. Have you truly looked in the mirror? Do you understand why someone may be struggling—or even why *you* are?
We’ll also be acknowledging the wisdom found in the books of Acts and James, continuing our journey through truth, growth, and grace.
