Soul Signals
Our cars have sensors which send signals to dashboard indicators, so that we know what is going on with the vehicle. Our emotions are like those indicators, informing us of what is going on in our souls. For instance, what do feelings of anger tell us about what is going on in our hearts? And what should we do about it? Join us as we begin a new sermon series called “Soul Care.”
War Zone
The last sentence of the Lord’s prayer alerts us to the reality that we live in a spiritual war zone, where the battlefield is our minds, hearts, and souls. We have hope in the struggle with temptation, because we are not alone. Join us as we conclude our sermon series: Teach Us To Pray.
Forgive Us
What bread is to our body, forgiveness is to our souls. It nourishes spiritual health, freedom, and life. That’s why King David wrote “Oh, what joy for those whose disobedience is forgiven!” (Psalm 32:1, NLT). It’s also why confession is part of the prayer Jesus taught His followers to pray. Join us as we continue in our sermon series “Teach Us To Pray.”
Daily Bread
God knows what we need, and he supplies it. So, why does Jesus teach us to ask God for our daily necessities? Join us as we continue in our sermon series in the Lord's prayer titled "Teach Us To Pray."
Privileges of Membership
“Membership has its privileges” claims an iconic advertising slogan. True. And nothing compares to the privileges of membership in God’s family. Prime among those is prayer. Join us as we start a 4-part sermon series on the Lord’s Prayer titled “Teach Us To Pray.”
What We All Want
What we all need. What no relationship can survive without. What we receive completely through faith in Jesus. What we still struggle to put into practice. What? Forgiveness! Join us as Pastor Tim Boucher concludes our three-part sermon series, “Relationships that Last.”
“Location, location, location” might be the slogan when it comes to real estate. When it comes to relationships, it’s all about “communication, communication, communication.” Join us as we consider four laws of communication from Ephesians 4.
Healthy Relationships
How can we pursue real, healthy relationships that last in a world that offers so many counterfeit connections which don’t last? That’s the question we are tackling in our new sermon series: “Relationships that Last.”
Join us as we dedicate to the Lord the new WL Cafe, the Playspace at WL, and the sensory rooms. This will be a celebration service, an offering of gratitude, and a reminder that: “Unless the Lord builds the house, the builders labor in vain” (Psalm 127:1).

Together
The word “together” makes a big difference, especially when we’re talking about following Jesus. Discipleship thrives in a relational context, which is why phrases like “each other” and “one another” pop up all the time when the Bible speaks about following Jesus. Join us as Pastor Tim Boucher helps us think about what it means to follow Jesus together.
Our Welcoming God
Next month we are going to throw wide open the doors of our church and welcome children, parents, students, and community members into our new spaces. What will it mean for us to be welcoming and hospitable? We'll never be able to answer that question fully until we first understand and believe how God has welcomed us into his prsence through Jesus Christ. Join us as we consider the incomparable wonder of our welcoming God.
“Thou Shalt Not Whine”
So read the sign hanging in the kitchen of a big family. We understand why the parents of young kids might post such a rule. What‘s harder to grasp is that God actually invites us to bring our complaints to Him. Join us as we consider Psalm 13 and what it means to lament.
A Psalm About Jesus
According to the Apostle Peter, King David was a prophet who pointed forward to the Messiah through his psalms (Acts 2:29-30). Join us as we look at the most frequently quoted psalm in the New Testament—a psalm that is all about Jesus.
Why Read God’s Word?
The longest chapter in the Bible gives us dozens of reasons to love God’s Word. Join us this Sunday as we continue in our series, “Summer in the Psalms.”
Out of the Slimy Pit
Life can be a sin-stained mess. But our God delivers us from the muck and mire and gives us a firm, safe place to stand. We need this kind of a Savior, not just once but every day. Join us as Pastor Tim Boucher takes us through Psalm 40 in our series, “Summer in the Psalms.”
Righteous Curiosity
Whose voice is heard by everyone on earth . . . and how? What gives light to our eyes? What is more valuable than gold and sweeter than honey? What can protect us from sin and keep us blameless and innocent? The answers are all in Psalm 19. Join us as we continue our “Summer in the Psalms.”
Summer in the Psalms
Worship and music have been around for a very long time, at least as long as psalms have been written (and Psalm 90 is attributed to Moses!). This Sunday we begin a sermon series in the book of Psalms by asking: What are psalms and why are they important? Join us as the Brath family, plus friends, leads us in singing psalms . . . with a touch of jazz.
On Mount Sinai, God revealed himself to Moses as a gracious and just God. How can a just God forgive sins? How can a gracious and forgiving God punish sins? How does the answer to these questions reveal the glory of God? Join us to find out.
We are entering week 4 of our series on God’s glory and walking through Exodus 34:6-7. This week we will be talking about how God is a forgiving God and how that forgiveness deeply impacts every one of us.
