Wine Therapy’s "Let's Talk About It"
Dr. Maritza Robinson
47 episodes

Wine Therapy was developed as a safe space for individuals to discuss issues surrounding our daily lives. Mental health is not introduced as a means of building a healthy life in urban communities. Traditionally, when faced with issues, the mindset of many in the African American community is to “pray it out and go before God” or “keep it in house and just assume it will go away.” We tend to avoid having conversations that make us feel uncomfortable and vulnerable. This platform allows everyone to speak freely and begin to change the trajectory of what taking care of your mental health means.
