Ep. 34: Embrace Your Weird, Wild & Wonderful Self

Welcome back to The Wild Simplicity Podcast. In this episode, I’m speaking about something I’ve been thinking about a lot: the importance of being yourself - your real, weird, wonderful self.

I talk about the parts of us we’ve been told to hide, our quirks, our edges, our wildness, and how those parts are often our greatest gifts and superpowers. I explore how we’ve internalised messages that told us to shrink or edit ourselves, and how reclaiming those disowned pieces is a path to personal freedom and collective wholeness.

I also reflect on the influence of AI-generated content and how it can dilute the unique voice of creators. I share how I’ve trained my mind to become more compassionate through affirmations, the subconscious work I started as a teen, and how those practices still support me today, alongside deeper somatic and body-based healing.

This is a your invitation to stop fitting in and start belonging to yourself, to your truth, to your beautifully messy human-self.

As always, I’d love to hear your reflections. What parts of yourself have you hidden? What would it feel like to bring 1% more of your real self into the world?

You can message me on Instagram @wildsimplicity or email me at hello@annaday.ie. I’d love to connect.

If this episode resonated with you, I'd be so grateful if you subscribe and leave a rating/review. If you feel called to share it with someone who you think might benefit, I'd love for you to pass it along. Thank you for being a part of this adventure and exploration :)

Until next time, Anna xx
