
In this week's episode I'm talking about the power of going into the depths of our emotions, specifically those emotions we tend to try and avoid, the so-called 'negative emotions' and the power that awaits us when we allow ourselves to speak it all out, what's irritating us, what's going on for us right now, what's driving us nuts, what's making us angry, all of it, letting it all out and really going there.
