"The Singing Life of Birds" An interview with world-renowned birdsong expert Donald Kroodsma

Ever wanted to learn how to listen to birds? Well, Dr. Donald Kroodsma gives you a whole new way of looking at the art of listening to birdcalls.

The San Diego Fires

Dear Friends,

It's been a frightening three days trying to be perpetually aware of the progress of the San Diego fires. I had to pull my studio gear, computers and the rest of what is most precious to me into a truck and be prepared to run.

Thank God, we were spared, and all is well, for us.  However, I am just now putting things back in order.

I will be broadcasting again on Monday, October 29th and hope to tell a bit of the story of this massive firestorm.

Sidney Wildesmith

As promised, albeit a day late, here is my story of the San Diego fires
