I go deep and have a bit of a self- therapy session here, exploring how any of us can take trauma and make us whole again and also to meet ourselves in any kind of situation to where it actually doesn't even become trauma in the first place. Also I only momentarily mention hooponopono but I think that's going to be another podcast.
