My guest for this episode is Steve Payne. Steve is a keynote speaker, speech writer, performance coach, professional actor, and the founder of the Academy of Coaching and Training. He is one of very few certified Master Trainers of Neuro Linguistic Programming worldwide and he’s the co-author of the critically acclaimed book, ‘My 31 Practices’.
Steve’s been an important mentor to me over the years since I first attended one of his NLP courses back in 2011. I’ve been privileged to learn from and work with him ever since and we now regularly collaborate on leadership and sales training programmes. Steve is an absolute master coach and facilitator and I’m delighted to have him on the show to share his wisdom and experience.
