My guest for this episode is Paul Clayton. A professional actor for over 40 years, Paul has appeared in some of the most well known British shows of all time, from Dr Who, to Coronation Street, Drop The Dead Donkey and The Crown. He’s probably most recognisable for playing Ian Chapman, Sophie’s Dad in the hit comedy Peep Show. And more recently he’s been gracing our screens as Dennis in the new Disney+ series of the Full Monty. A published fiction and non fiction author and an accomplished theatre director, Paul has also worked with some of the biggest brands on the planet staging their corporate events.

I first met Paul over 20 years ago during one of my early forays into the corporate training world. He’s a master storyteller and an absolute expert when it comes to helping people perform under pressure, so I had to get him on the show to share his wisdom.
