Dr Claire Plumbly joins Lindsay to explain how best to understand Trauma and specifically how it presents in women. About my guest: Dr Claire Plumbly is a Clinical Psychologist specialising in trauma, particularly early life trauma (like emotional neglect) and sexual abuse. She spent 10 years working in the NHS and now runs a busy private practice in Taunton, Somerset and online. As well as 1-1 work Claire has an online programme for women who feel held back in life by anxiety, low self-esteem and associated patterns of behaviour like people-pleasing and perfectionism.
