Since 2008, Kyle has built a multi-million dollar portfolio across Southern Ontario using strategies like Airbnb, buy-and-hold, fix-and-flip, multifamily, and private lending.

He’s also an award-winning sales professional and public speaker who’s shared the stage with Grant Cardone and played a key role in launching Cardone’s Canadian licensing program. Kyle has advised organizations like REIN and REWL, and even made an appearance on the reality TV show Listing Large.
