Men's Mental Health Awareness Month, also known as Men's Health Month, has been observed in June since 1994. The month was originally called National Men's Health Week and was signed into law by President Clinton. The month's goals include:
Raising awareness about men's health issues
Encouraging men to take steps to improve their well-being
Promoting early detection and treatment of diseases
Encouraging men to lead healthier lifestyles
Increasing awareness about the importance of mental well-being
Encouraging men to seek help when needed

Things have certainly changed and we definitely have to be more open minded and go on the road of discovery to learn what do we want out of this next relationship. Don't enter the dating scene out of need...do it because you want to and are confident.

A fear of love can have a major impact of you desire to be in a long term relationship or marriage. No matter the reason...you can overcome it and there is help. Tune is as I discuss Fear of Loving and also sharing ways you can overcome it if you are not too far gone.
When you have accessed that Singleness is Not where you want to reside....you may be concerned because it seems like you will be single forever. Don't get discouraged but take this time to evaluate if you are the one truly blocking the path. We have to be accountable to our process.

Let's start here...simply enough to be emasculated means to be made weak or ineffective. When a Man is emasculated he tends to look to his wife or significant other to make decisions and will just go with whatever she says. The reality is in relationships there is always going to be one that is stronger than the other. A Man can choose to either secede or rise to the occasion in walk in his masculinity.

We've heard it all before...the dating scene is exhausting and at times you can become so frustrated that your interest intensifies when you meet someone amazing. However that could come off as being obsessed or desperate.
A woman with class and caliber will never enter the dating pool before knowing exactly what her standards and preferences are and setting boundaries from the get go.
I know, I know! I hear you. But did you know 39% of heterosexual couples meet online but the other 61%... They are outside!!!! That's exciting that many are still meeting the old fashioned way.
