Post Grad Plans

Welcome back to What's Up: Wellness from the Third Floor and happy week 10! Join Whitney and Makayla as they reminisce on their experiences in undergrad and graduate school, including the process of applying for and attending graduate school and what options you have post-grad, including joining the workforce or going postbacc! We also talk about some things to consider as you navigate these post-grad life transitions, like asking yourself what your values are, what success means to you, and how to practice self-care in all parts of your life. We'll see you next week for week 11's episode, and good luck with finals!
