Today’s episode focuses on letting go of the past and embracing the new.
Gaby has been quantum leaping into new realities and actively welcoming her new life. Embracing being a podcast host, a content creator, an artist and working on embracing her identity as a singer/songwriter.
She has found her old self, the complacent version of her past and her meanie brain, convincing her that she can’t do this. That this is all some made up dream that she should quit on to find “a real job.”
It has taken her time and energy to dissolve her limiting beliefs and she knows that this all ultimately a test to see if she has fully leveled up. And the answer to that is yes. She will no longer succumb to the idea that she is a starving artist. That her dreams can’t come true, simply because no one else she knows has walked this path. She refuses to stay comfortable and complacent in this world.
So meet the new Gaby, let’s call her Gaby 2.0. This is the Gaby who eats healthy, works out, meditates, journals, sings, writes music and dances to the beat of her own drum. While some of these components have existed within her throughout her life and would even show up at some points in her past, she would somehow find a way to quit on herself, give an excuse as to why she couldn’t do something and would end up back at square one. But the new Gaby refuses to fall back into old patterns. She refuses to blame people and the world around her. She’s the type of woman who takes things into her own hands. She’s the creator of her own reality. And she gets to decide what she wants out of this life.
She has learned to accept her past, learn from it and to embrace the new, the unknown and all of the limitless possibilities the universe has in store for her. All of the abundance, wealth, traveling and experiences she was always destined to have.
So cheers, to new beginnings!

Optimism is a wavelength, just like pessimism is. It becomes an addiction to see the positive in things, just like it can become an addiction to see the negative in things. So in a room full of pessimistic people, choose to be optimistic. Choose to see that everything that is meant for you will find you, whether it be a relationship, a job, a house, etc.
I swear the moment you relax and allow things to just be, a weight of anxiety, pressure and tenseness is lifted off of your shoulders. So when being realistic, accept things for what they are. When being optimistic you see things for what they could be in a positive way. And when being pessimistic (which we don’t want to do), we’re assuming that the worst will happen.
Choose to be optimistic today and every day. x
