Self Perception influences self care

In this episode, the concept of self-care is considered.  Self, is how you treat, regard and interpret your experiences in line with your truth.

Using life as a mirror, and engaging a curious mind to explore how you do or do not self-care in uplifting ways.

Self-care includes, but not limited to:

  •  choosing what makes you feel good and happy.
  • eating, drinking, exercise and rest that nurtures a healthy mind and body
  • relationships that are enhancing, encouraging and supportive
  • healthy boundaries that honour your love, gifts, talents and protect them from abuse, being taken advantage of etc.
  • speaking your truth and honoring the person you choose to live from
  • celebrating your strengths, wins and growths.
  • taking the steps to become who you choose to become and the courage to unlearn, learn and practice the path to grow into this.

Other episodes to revisit to support your self-reflection include

  • Wheel of life - what is working well and not in your life
