Self actualisation

Self actualisation may seem like a pie in the sky concept, when pulled apart, I think it simply is the process of coming back to ourselves, manifesting in our outer world as success. Whatever success means to ourselves.

A peeling away, shifting, healing, letting go and forgiving of the various layers, painful experiences and misunderstandings etc.

This episode also explores the crossover between previously discussed Psycho-social developmental theorists of Attachment Theory, Erikson, and Jung.

As usual, if  you like what you hear, share, comment and give your 10 cents worth too.  Alternatively you might want to join me and others to discuss our ideas and views.  Do so here lhttps://bit.ly/2Y7o9gl
