This podcast came about after years of talking to many young people and realising that the wisdom that the older generation possess disappears if it isn't shared. When I spoke to my first guest about the concept, she was so enthusiastic we immediately decided to record. Having set up the questions and established a flow, the rest is history. Positive connection is the heart of my core value. What I Wish I Knew At 30, extends to many different guests, of course from my various background interests of food, rugby, business and travel.
