What I Love About Sex

Stephanie Ganowski is a clinical sexologist and sex coach for men. In her podcast, “What I Love About Sex”, her mission is to take the pressure out of sex and put the pleasure in!
She does this by helping men overcome their d*ck-related issues and improve their sex communication skills, so they can feel in control of their bodies and connecting deeply with their partners.

Coaching clients 1:1 for 6+ years, with a background in psychology, relationship communication training and clinical sexology makes Stephanie the person you can trust to help you. She especially wants men to have a ‘go-to’ place for help here, so they feel they’re directly spoken to and supported.
Stephanie is a firm believer that sex is like any other part of life in that we need to work to understand and improve it through practice, vulnerability and patience. And if we can do that while having fun and not taking ourselves so seriously, we can create the sex life we’ve always dreamed of.

Stephanie’s style of coaching (and podcasting) is lighthearted, fun and action oriented. Her aim is to have her listeners leave her show feeling confident in what step to take next!

#404 3 Sex Myths That Are Destroying Good Relationships

There are a few beliefs around sex that seem harmless, but are quietly eroding your connection, confidence, and communication in the bedroom.

In this episode, I break down the 3 most common myths I hear from men—and why believing them will leave even high-quality couples feeling confused, ashamed, and disconnected.

✅ Myth #1: “Men should always want sex.”

This creates shame on both sides. When desire dips (which it will), most people blame themselves—or their partner—instead of recognizing that libido is contextual, not constant.

✅ Myth #2: “Good sex is always spontaneous.”

The movies lied to you. Great sex is often intentional sex, especially in long-term relationships. And when you plan it with care, it can actually feel hotter, not colder.

✅ Myth #3: “If sex is hard, it means something’s wrong.”

Difficulty in your sex life isn’t a red flag—it’s a signal for connection. When you avoid it, you isolate. When you face it together, your relationship deepens.

If you’re tired of second-guessing your sex life, and you’re ready to lead with confidence and clarity…
