What if losing your religion didn’t mean losing your faith — but actually finding it? What if stepping away from the rules, the rituals, even the community you grew up in, was the very thing that allowed you to finally see God’s love clearly? For me, those questions stopped being theory — they became my story. Because sometimes, the hardest part of faith isn’t believing in God. It’s untangling Him from everything we were told about Him. And when the rules, the traditions, the expectations start to feel heavier than the hope, something inside begins to break. But that breaking doesn’t have to be the end. For me, it became the beginning of rebuilding — not to walk away from God, but to walk closer to Him.
