Look at the Home Partners website and and study it. Make sure you know what the qualification for an approved home is.

Confirm the qualifications for a home and the qualified areas are. Knowing this will save time, you will be viewing homes that meet the criteria

Be patient with yourself and with the process. This applies to agents, also.

For agents-

Get familiar with your account manager to get questions answered, properly.
