I finally realized that if I wanted to create sustainable weight loss, be healthy for myself and my future grandchildren, I needed to understand nutrition for MY particular body, and movement that fit ME and my lifestyle. I created a plan that fits ME. A simple strategy that I could actually stick with. A lifestyle that made health easy and fun. And I’m ready to share it with you!
