As we enter the last New Moon of the lunar cycle, this Weekly Connection focuses on your Midheaven placement. Most commonly at the cusp of your 10th house, and a great indicator of one's life path through career, the MC ("medium coeli" and also known as Midheaven) offers insight to a different form of legacy. The legacy you create in life, that you will be known for in death. A legacy that when the collective masses hear of your passing, what will be their individual responses based on the impact, or lack thereof, your footprint had in their life, and the world around them? Not what you think it will be based on your well intentioned exerted efforts, but the true mark.

This Leo Full Moon, we dive right in, with no filler or fluff. 2025 began like a bat out of hell, with no time to dilly, end even less time to dally. We had to decide between productivity or pouting, necessary naps or distracting dithering, and accountability or accusation. Like true Capricorn energy, anything that wasn't going to get us to the finish line with all that we need, want, and desire, had no place in a 50 mile radius.

Celebrating the New Moon in Sagittarius on this latest episode of Weekly Connection, by offering guidance using your Jupiter placement, the ruler of Sagittarius in Western Astrology. I find that Sagittarius moon transits are very distinctive, as their energy shows up as consistent patterns. Sagittarius, being a sign that is able to embody childlike energy, similar to consciously creating with their inner child in mind, can show up by having childlike accidents, moments of joy and happiness, or learning lessons. And not the typical drastic lessons where you're left course correcting for decades to come, but touching a hot stove, with time to run it under water or slather it in aloe. Welcome back to the latest episode of Weekly Connection celebrating the upcoming New Moon in Virgo! In true Virgo fashion, we'll be giving you what you need, and nothing more. Which may sound harsh, but what a Virgo provides you with is usually more than necessary to keep you afloat until you're able to get back on your feet.
Often seen as cold, or lacking motherly or nurturing instincts, Virgos are honest about their emotional capacity, but are willing to give a little more for those they truly love. Sometimes when there are relational clashes with a Virgo and another sign, minus Capricorn and Taurus (they just get each other), it's due to the other person demanding more without 1) acknowledging what has already been provided, and 2) pulling the same weight in another aspect of the relationship. Just eating the food the Virgo prepared from scratch, and leaving the dishes in the sink.

HIGHER PERSPECTIVE
As people who do their internal and spiritual work, we are less likely to be bogged down by drama or re-activeness that we know doesn't truly matter. But being human means that there are times where we can't help it. Sometimes it is easy to stay in a higher perspective and see all the moving pieces as they truly are, but sometimes life and the people around us are very good sucking us into a space of limited vision. This card is asking you to see whatever situation you are experiencing resistance with from a higher perspective.
HAWK
Hawks have always been known for their pronounced vision and keen hunting skills. Most often, they are seen circling while hunting for prey. Anyone who has observed hawks may have noticed that smaller birds often attack and antagonize them - this is called "mobbing" and the birds are trying to drive the hawk out of the area. Very rarely do hawks really fight back, instead they conserve their energy and find a new area. Such as life circumstances may try to bring us out of our center, it is important to remember you have the option choosing a new behavior and a new environment for yourself. Call on Hawk when you need an ally in rising above.
VERSATILITY
Pulling this card may indicate a time where you are coming up against a lot of resistance, whether internally or externally. A lot of times we focus on one thing very intensely and push hard despite being shown that the timing is off. What can be helpful in those situations is to move on to the other things so that the energy is freed up and you can go back to it when the timing is right. This card teaches us to be flexible and go along with what is being presented to us (even if it may not be what we want) rather than trying to force things that are not ready. It may also indicate a need for approaching the situation differently — if you don't feel it is about stepping back, examine how you can shift what is already there.
RAT
The rat has proven that with versatility, you have staying power. Rats can be found anywhere in the world and when introduced to a new environment, they adapt and reproduce quickly and are incredibly hard to eradicate. They learn how to thrive in just about any environment, despite it not being ideal. These creatures are skillful, resourceful, calculated, and social. Despite their negative reputation, rats are also known for their prosperous characteristics — their ability to adapt is a reminder that with determination, there is a reward.
Keeping it simple by focusing on Gemini's Esoteric Ruler, Venus, it seems poetic, and fitting, to focus on this placement in lieu of its Western ruler of Mercury as there are currently five planets stationed in her - Sun, Moon, Jupiter, Venus, and Mercury. Welcome to Season 3 of Weekly Connection!
There was a last minute change for this full moon's episode due to laryngitis. As an alternative to guidance from the Akasha honoring Virgo's Esoteric rulership of the Moon, we are doing a Reiki session in your Akashic Healing Room to call forward the necessary support to benefit what your chart's Virgo placement needs during this cycle.
I love blending modalities for healing, as it feels like surgically focusing on an area, rather than blanketing one's body with a practice potentially too strong.
The session is roughly 15 minutes, and begins with a brief explanation of what the Akashic Healing Room is, and how doing it in the Akashic Records works to heal the past, present, and future.
This portion is not mentioned in the audio, but if you would like to place your hand somewhere on your body during, here are my recommendations based on who your Virgo rooms with in your chart. If you have multiple placements, choose one to follow, knowing the healing with still spread to the others in Virgo. Basically, don't overthink it!
