In this week’s episode of Wednesday Word with Mwayi we delve into the transformative power of gratitude and worship as we navigate the seasons of our lives. Drawing from Isaiah 43:18-19, highlights God’s promise to do a new thing, encouraging us to let go of the past and embrace the fresh beginnings He has in store for us.
We reflect on the wisdom of Psalms 92, which reminds us to declare God’s steadfast love in the morning and His faithfulness at night. As we cultivate an attitude of gratitude, we not only acknowledge the blessings we have but also create a fertile ground for new opportunities to flourish. Praise opens our hearts and minds, allowing us to see the possibilities that God lays before us.
Additionally, we dive into Psalms 103, celebrating the countless reasons we have to be thankful from His forgiveness to His healing touch. By focusing on gratitude and praise, we set a strong foundation that invites even more blessings into our lives.
Join us as we discover how the act of praising God uplifts our spirits and positions us to receive the new beginnings He has planned. May this episode inspire you to embrace gratitude and praise as powerful tools for transformation, guiding you toward a future filled with hope, joy, and endless possibilities. Together, let’s trust in God’s perfect plan and step boldly into the new chapters awaiting us🤍
In our 4th episode, we’re diving into a topic that’s close to our hearts: the importance of embracing our own journeys without comparing ourselves to others. It’s so easy to get caught up in what everyone else is doing, but we’ll talk about how our past mistakes don’t define who we are and how God has an amazing plan for each of us.
We’ll draw inspiration from some powerful scriptures, like Jeremiah 29:11, which reminds us that God has good plans for our lives, and Jeremiah 1:5, where we learn that we are known and chosen even before we were born. We’ll also explore Ecclesiastes 3:1-8, reflecting on the different seasons of life and the purpose behind each one.
Finally, Philippians 3:13 says to forget what is behind and focus on what lies ahead. This episode is all about reminding us to run our race with confidence, knowing that we are uniquely designed for greatness.
Delay is not denial 🤍
in our third episode, we will dive into the true meaning of forgiveness, drawing inspiration from Ephesians 4:32, Colossians 3:13, and Proverbs 4:23.
We discuss the importance of being kind to ourselves and others during the forgiveness process.
Under the concept of self vs. others, we explore the differences between forgiving ourselves and forgiving others, sharing personal stories that resonate deeply.
One key takeaway is the distinction between forgiveness and reconciliation, that while forgiveness is a personal choice, reconciliation requires mutual effort and trust. We also highlight the need for wisdom and discernment in letting go and lastly , offering practical tips for embracing forgiveness to achieve emotional freedom.
Tune in as we unpack all things forgiveness and discovering how letting go can lead to healing.
In our second episode, we discuss how to nurture our dreams through action, patience, and partnership with God.
Key Points:Take Action: Hard work is essential for dreams to flourish.
Embrace Waiting: Trust the growth process, as development often happens in times of waiting.
Partner with God: Seek His guidance and grace to handle the blessings that come your way.
Self-Care Matters: How you treat yourself reflects on how you treat others.
Esther 4:12:states that ,”If you keep quiet at a time like this, help will come from heaven. Yet, who knows, maybe it was for a time like this that you were made queen." This verse highlights the importance of stepping into our purpose and taking action when called upon. Just as Esther was placed in a position to make a difference, we too have unique roles and opportunities to fulfill our dreams.
In this first episode of “Wednesday Word with Mwayi” I share how we got here and why it’s time to take action. Life isn’t about waiting for the perfect moment.
It’s about embracing our gifts and stepping out in faith
Join me for a heartfelt conversation about trusting God, being a good steward of our talents and the courage to start, even when it feels uncomfortable. Let’s encourage each other to take that first step and allow God to provide for the vision:)
“Do not despise these small beginnings, for the Lord rejoices to see the work begin.”
