Oftentimes as believers, we forget that there is power in our tongue. Power to kill and to give life. Power to dampen one's spirit and to uplift. Power to say things and they come to pass. While many find it difficult to forgive others, they find it even more difficult to forgive themselves. While many know that forgiving others is something to be done, many do not even know that self forgiveness is a thing. Whichever category you fall, know that forgiveness is good for you. What is your New Year's resolution? Is it one, two, a few or several things? Is there room for God in it or, better still, is God included in your resolution? If yes, great job!! If not, you might want to revisit and rewrite your resolution to include God, because apart from Him (God) you can do nothing. You do not want to spend this entire year not fulfilling God's purpose for your life.

When we are carried away by what we see/ believe is good for us and not what God has planned for us, we get crushed. Things that were not planned by God to happen to us then surface.

Dear beloved, I greet you in the name of our Lord Jesus Christ. We are coming to the end of the series on Understanding The Bible. This being the first part to the last episode in the series, I am excited yet could not help to think about how much I will miss brother Philip's teaching of the topic. I pray that the Lord speaks to you in ways that you will hear and understand through this series.

Oftentimes, when we find ourselves or loved one suffering from one sickness or the other, our faith is shaken. We find ourselves doubting whether or not God is capable of healing, despite knowing that He is All-powerful. Beloved, I urge you not to be weary in your faith in God, H is capable. In the days of old, Shiloh was a place where believers go to meet God once in a year. However, all glory to Jesus, we no longer have to travel any distance to commune with God. He is now in our hearts. Listen to my brother in the Lord, Philip Oyedele, as He guides us, as led by the Holy Spirit, in the understanding of Shiloh.

It gives us pride as humans to be able to boast in our abilities. However, if we are not careful, we fall in the trap of trusting in ourselves and our abilities instead of trusting in God. We then press further by believing not only in ourselves/abilities, but also in others this putting God aside. Watch this episode to better understand why you and I should put our trust in God, not in ourselves or others.

Sadly, some or even many of us believers forget that without Jesus we are nothing. None of us should ever forget that because when we surrendered ourselves to Him, He took over. In other words, we came back to life in Him and He dwells in us. This is why we should never forget. Indeed, God is everything we need. In this same world where some people (i.e. Christians/believers) say that they cannot live without God, some others (i.e. non-believers) do not even believe in the existence of God, let alone believe they need him for anything. A portion of these non-believers who know/believe that there is God have no relationship with him and care less about the things of that same God. It is mind blowing how much God loves us that He have the life of His begotten son to shed his blood for us on calvary. From the moment a drop of Jesus' blood dropped on the cross, we were restored to the Father and grace began speaking for everyone who believes.

It will be incomplete to speak of Grace speaking without the mention of God's love. Grace, indeed, speaks for all men because God loves us. However, it is not as a result of what you an I did, so we should not take it for granted.
