Rally to Support Dr. Kirk Moore at Critical Court Hearing on July 7, 2025
Salt Lake City, UT – We ARE the People Utah calls on the public to join a rally in support of Dr. Kirk Moore, a heroic physician facing up to 35 years in prison for protecting patients during the COVID-19 crisis. The rally will take place outside the Federal Courthouse at 350 S Main St, Salt Lake City, on Monday, July 7, 2025, at 8:00 a.m., ahead of Dr. Moore’s critical court hearing.
Dr. Kirk Moore, a board-certified plastic surgeon and Navy veteran, is charged with fraud, conspiracy, counterfeiting, and destruction of government property for allegedly providing saline shots instead of COVID-19 vaccines to patients seeking to avoid harmful mandates. From 2020 to 2022, he treated 800-1,000 patients for free with ivermectin and hydroxychloroquine, helping families preserve their jobs, education, and medical autonomy. His courage has earned widespread praise, including from Robert F. Kennedy Jr., who posted on X on April 28, 2025: “Dr Moore deserves a medal for his courage and his commitment to healing!”
The federal government’s case is seen by supporters as an effort to silence dissent against COVID-19 policies. “Dr. Moore stood for truth when others complied,” said Jason Preston, host of We ARE the People Utah. “This is a fight for justice, and we need Utah to stand with him.”
The rally will feature speakers including:
- **Dr. Kirk Moore**, sharing his story of courage and commitment to patient care in the face of persecution.
- **Michael Moore**, Dr. Moore’s son, who has shown remarkable strength amid his father’s persecution.

Attendees are encouraged to bring flags and signs to demand justice. Governor Spencer Cox, Attorney General Derek Brown, and other legislators are urged to attend and publicly support Dr. Moore.
