In the final Talkin It episode, Donnell, Robert, and special guests Mike and Bob from Static Radio, reunite for a completely unfiltered, wildly entertaining goodbye session that hits every note like dumb decisions, real talk, and full-circle friendship.
This episode is the epitome of what Talkin It became: an unscripted hangout full of side-splitting banter, gamer chaos, and honest reflections.
Sad to go, but an amazing way to go out. Enjoy and make sure to watch the Finale of Watchin It if you haven't already!

After five incredible years, 365 episodes, and countless shows, movies, and laughs, Watchin It comes to an end. In this final episode, Donnell and Robert take a heartfelt and hilarious trip down memory lane, reflecting on the origin of the podcast during the height of the pandemic, their journey from coworkers to close friends, and everything they’ve watched and recorded along the way.The duo shares:* How the show started (RIP The High Command)* Favorite and least favorite shows they’ve covered* Behind-the-scenes stats, bloopers, and podcast regrets* Their top Halloween and Christmas movie picks* What comes next (spoiler: maybe a table read podcast?)From Doom Patrol to Fallout, from Palm Springs to Pig, this episode is both a celebration and a goodbye – packed with nostalgia, insider commentary, and a few confessions (yes, they finally reveal the name of their favorite streaming site).
In this episode of Watchin It Countdown to the end, Robert and Donnell break down the 1995 cult mob film Things to Do in Denver When You're Dead. It was once a movie Robert once held dear but now struggles to defend. The hosts dissect the film’s bizarre premise, odd character names, and stacked cast that couldn’t save it from its clunky writing and confused tone. They hilariously recount Donnell expecting vampires to show up, reveal behind-the-scenes facts, and rant about the film’s release being crushed by a historic run of 1995 box office hits. Most of the episode leans into movie trivia, 90s nostalgia, and what could have been. Spoiler: they definitely do not recommend this one.
Two self-proclaimed old men, Robert and Donnell, invite you to witness their descent into grand-parenthood as they discuss crocheting octopuses and granny square quilts because the summer sun just won't quit shining at 3 AM. But it's not all yarn and cat antics (though Donnell's cat really loves his crochet hooks)!
This episode takes a turn for the bizarre as they navigate cancelled car insurance thanks to mom's driving record , and Robert dishes on his 20-year-old "multi-generational" mattress. Plus, they dive into news stories like 250 million bees escaping a truck in Washington , hallucinogenic-induced false death reports , and the peculiar pre-Indy 500 tradition of milking a cow. Tune in for one of the last episodes of the Watchin It Podcast!
“Three teens get powers. One takes it too far.”
As the countdown to the podcast’s finale continues, Donnell and Robert dive into Chronicle, a unique blend of superhero origin story and found footage thriller. But this isn’t your typical cape-and-mask affair. It’s messy, grounded, and if you ask Donnell, probably how powers would really play out if a bunch of angsty teens suddenly had them.
In this episode, the hosts break down why Chronicle was such a surprise success, how it handled power, trauma, and adolescence, and why it felt so different from its superhero peers. They also discuss the film’s cast, including early Michael B. Jordan, and how this movie was a flash in the pan that never got the franchise it could’ve spawned.

Just when you thought Andor couldn’t raise the stakes any higher, Episodes 7–9 land like a thermal detonator.
In this raw and riveting episode of Watchin It, Donnell and Robert dig into the most explosive arc of the season so far. The show opens on a weary Cassian, grappling with his place in the Rebellion while Wilmon has gone full insurgent. Mon Mothma’s political balls get even bigger, Deidre and Cyril’s twisted relationship hits a boiling point, and the Empire brings out the big guns—literally. Including terrifying battle droids that’ll make you rethink everything about prequel-era tech

Buckle up, rebels. In this fiery episode of Watchin It, Donnell and Robert dive into Andor Season 2’s latest three-part arc: “Ever Been to Gorman?”, “I Have Friends Everywhere,” and “What a Festive Evening.” The hosts go full throttle through political intrigue, volatile fuel thefts, and rebel drama—with a hearty dose of sarcasm and sharp analysis.
From Bix's mental spiral to Luthen’s icy pragmatism, the guys break down every secret meeting, protocol breach, and spy-tastic twist. Is Cyril just a glorified mall cop with daddy issues? Did Mon Mothma just throw a party while the Empire burns planets? And what’s up with that giant polar bear alien in the rebellion?
Oh—and yes, the Death Star still looms. But this week, it’s all about the power plays that lead up to the Rebellion's big moment.

Fresh out of seeing Thunderbolts* in the theater, the Watchin It guys bring you their take on it. Is it good? Bad? Strange? Find out here.
PS - It's really good
In this episode of Watchin It, Robert and Donnell break down the first three episodes of Andor Season 2 — "One Year Later," "Sagrona Teema," and "Harvest" — and ask the big question: has Andor started slipping into regular "Star Wars-ness" instead of staying grounded like Season 1?
They dissect the four main storylines, from Cassian's chaotic ship heist and Mon Mothma’s awkward wedding politics, to Deedra and Cyril’s aggressively boring romance, and the wheat-planet farm chaos with Bix and Brasso.
“If one lightsaber shows up it's OVER.” - Robert
In other news, the duo catch up on what they’ve been watching like the Blacklist and they discuss some things that will be hitting the public domain very soon.

In this episode of Watchin It, Donnell and Robert dive into episode 9 of Daredevil: Born Again—an installment that left them baffled, frustrated, and (kind of) entertained. Titled Straight to Hell, this season finale episode delivers chaos, curfews, and kingpin crushes—literally.
The hosts rip into everything from Vanessa's chess moves to Fisk’s fascist power grabs, from a blackout that somehow doesn’t summon a single Avenger to a hospital escape scene that makes zero sense. They debate the wasted potential of Muse, the underuse of Bullseye, and the flat, confusing role of Heather. Plus, they hold nothing back about the inconsistencies, dropped plot threads, and lost opportunities for some epic MCU-level cameos that never happened.
If you’ve been hate-watching Born Again or desperately hoping it would redeem itself, this is the episode for you.

In this jam-packed episode of Watchin It, Donnell and Robert dissect Daredevil: Born Again Episode 8, Isle of Joy—a title that left them scratching their heads and a plot that left them frustrated, intrigued, and occasionally speechless.
From Kingpin’s slow but steady return to power, to Bullseye’s escape and surprise sniper attack, this episode brings the tension—but also a ton of questionable writing, missed opportunities, and confusing character logic. The hosts break it all down: Matt’s man-child energy, Heather’s bizarre flip-flop, Bullseye’s prison Houdini act, and the political theater of Fisk’s high-society gala.
They also veer into praise for classic Daredevil (Netflix version), marvel at some standout scenes like the dance floor whisper threat, and share a few laughs about deep fryers, blind reflexes, and the logistics of vigilante math.
Stick around after the Daredevil talk for updates on Robert’s video game addiction to Schedule I, Donnell’s new anime discovery (Lazarus), and a hot recommendation for the mob drama Mob Land.

In this episode of Watchin It, Donnell and Robert dive deep into episode 7 of Daredevil: Born Again titled Art for Art’s Sake—and let’s just say, one host is hyped, the other is heated.
They debate whether this was the best or worst episode of the season, especially after a controversial reveal and abrupt end to the character Muse. From fight scenes and artistic liberties to questionable logic and surprising character choices, the duo breaks down everything scene-by-scene—with humor, heated rants, and even a few unexpected tangents. Plus, they touch on Val Kilmer’s passing, underrated movies like Moonfall, a sneak peek at Marvel’s stacked cast for Avengers: Doomsday, and lastly, Schedule I - a new game Robert has been playing.
If you’re into Daredevil, comic book lore, brutal episode critiques, or just hilarious banter—this one’s a ride.

This week on Watchin It, Donnell and Robert finally get a true Daredevil sighting in Daredevil: Born Again episodes 5 and 6 — and things get messy (in the best way). They break down the surprisingly disconnected but entertaining bank heist of episode 5, where Matt Murdock goes full lawyer-by-day, vigilante-by-night mode. The duo dives deep into MCU Easter eggs like Ms. Marvel’s dad making a cameo, subtle (and not-so-subtle) nods to She-Hulk, and a deliciously thin link to Kingpin’s larger plan.
Episode 6 kicks the tension up a notch, with Kingpin slipping further back into his old ways. The boys get hyped over Fisk’s fashion evolution (white jacket alert!), the return of the Swordsman (Jack is back!), and the introduction of Fisk’s special task force. Meanwhile, the hunt for the serial killer “The Muse” continues, and Matt’s dual identity gets harder to hide — especially when White Tiger’s niece gets involved.
As always, Donnell and Robert roast plot holes (like how banks in NYC keep getting robbed in broad daylight) and throw in some killer MCU theorizing along the way. Make sure to connect with us down below!

In this episode of Watchin' It, Robert and Donnell tackle a double feature: the disappointing descent of Daredevil: Born Again and the explosive season finale of Severance (Season 2, Episode 10). First up, they vent about Daredevil's lackluster storytelling, missing suit, and the arrival of a disturbing new villain — Muse. There’s Punisher talk, wild graffiti theories, and a lot of “Where the hell is Daredevil?” energy.
Then it's on to Severance, where things get real. Mark confronts himself (literally), Helly reunites with the team, and we finally learn what Cold Harbor is all about. From devastating truths about Gemma to that bizarre god-tier mural, this finale had everything. And yes… we’re still worried about Irving. You’ll want to stay until the very end to hear about what Donnell is calling “one of the greatest punches in cinematic history”.
If you’re watching either show, you’re gonna want to hear this one. Packed with hot takes, fan theories, and the usual banter — tune in for one of our most loaded episodes yet.
