In this episode, I share a little update on my personal situation living in this world of Covid-19. I'm fully aware that my situation is by far not the worst, but we are all battling thru things at this time and it's important that we all embrace empathy.

This episode, I open up a little bit about my past and how I ended up where I am today. There is a lot of noise around us that is tough to ignore as the Corona Virus continues to impact the lives of everyone around the globe. It's important that we all take some time to tune out some of that noise to relax, reflect, and reset our minds.
