Voyager encounters a trade station run by a race called the Requisans. Relieved that Voyager has found a temporary safe-haven, Captain Quinn allows a three day vacation. A quiet shore leave ends on a low note however, as rumours of an escaped convict makes its way to the senior staff, and those rumours turn out to be true...
