In episode 29, we revisit the Queen of RomComs, Sandra Bullock in the 2002 film Two Weeks Notice. She plays Lucy Kelson (yes, another Lucy) a no-nonsense, type A lawyer who is just trying to do good in the world opposite Hugh Grant’s suave, childish, and charming George Wade. This movie has everything we love: the sunshine/grumpy trope, good quick banter, and a Norah Jones cameo. It also has everything we hate: a Donald Trump jumpscare. Nevertheless, we persisted through. We had a lot of fun with this movie, and we hope you have just as much fun listening to it.
